These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of daocalm.com and purchases from DAOCALM LLC (“DAOCALM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your location to place an order. You may not use the site or its content for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or security-disruptive purpose.

2. Products and information

We sell jewelry, aromatic bracelets, symbolic objects, and personalized prerecorded video services. We aim to describe materials, ingredients, dimensions, care, service format, and delivery accurately. Colors and appearance may vary because of screens, photography, natural material variation, and production batches.

When complete material, ingredient, treatment, or safety documentation is not available, we may limit, correct, suspend, or withdraw a product. We may correct errors in descriptions, prices, availability, or other site content as permitted by law.

3. Cultural and informational context

References to Taoist, Bazi, Qimen Dunjia, Taiji, Bagua, Five Elements, aromatic traditions, or other cultural frameworks describe design background, traditional context, educational content, or a personal-reflection format. They are not promises of protection, luck, wealth, healing, prediction accuracy, or any other guaranteed result.

Our products and services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for decisions in those areas.

4. Personalized video services

Personalized video services are prerecorded, not live consultations, unless a product page expressly states otherwise. The customer must provide the information listed on the product page and is responsible for its accuracy.

We do not guarantee a particular interpretation, prediction, decision, or outcome. Customers should not use a video service as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or psychological decisions.

5. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable charges are shown or calculated as available during checkout.

An order confirmation does not require us to accept an order that is fraudulent, cannot be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing or description error, violates a purchase limit, or is prohibited by law. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the required refund.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and order information.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Physical delivery is governed by our Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy. Returns, cancellations, corrections, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

7. Safety and product use

Follow the care and safety information supplied on the applicable product page. Aromatic bracelets are for external use only and must not be swallowed, burned, crushed, or applied to broken skin. Keep products away from children and animals where small parts or ingredients could create a risk. Stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

8. Intellectual property

The site’s original text, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, and layout are owned by or licensed to DAOCALM and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping and information. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or exploit protected content without permission, except where law allows.

9. Reviews, feedback, and submissions

If you submit a review, comment, or other content, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, translate, and display the submission for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or irrelevant content.

10. Third-party services and links

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment processors, carriers, analytics services, and other third-party providers. Third-party services and websites are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send sensitive information that is not necessary for an order or personalized service.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAOCALM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, products, or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other protected claims.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify DAOCALM against third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by DAOCALM’s own unlawful conduct.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site for unlawful use, fraud, security threats, or material violation of these Terms. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or forums available under the law that applies to that consumer.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. These Terms and the policies referenced here form the agreement governing use of the store and purchases from us.
