REFUND AND RETURN POLICY  
At DaoCalm, we take great pride in the spiritual integrity and quality of our products. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.

1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (RETURNS)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Spiritual Integrity: Due to the consecrated nature of our items, any signs of wear or ritual use will render the item ineligible for return.

Process: To start a return, contact us at daoone@daocalm.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. DAMAGES, DEFECTS & ISSUES

Damage/Wrong Item: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged. Please provide a clear photo of the issue.

Early-Life Breakage: If an item breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 7 days of receipt, please send a photo to daoone@daocalm.com for a potential replacement or refund.

Allergic Reactions: Our herbal products use natural ingredients. If a reaction occurs, please discontinue use and contact us within 7 days. We require a brief description of the reaction to process the request.

3. EXCHANGES 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
