SHIPPING POLICY  
At DaoCalm, we understand the importance of receiving your sacred items and spiritual artifacts in a timely and secure manner. To ensure the highest level of service, we manage our logistics through our dedicated fulfillment partner in California.

1. FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING ORIGIN

All orders are professionally handled and dispatched from our primary fulfillment center located at:

1812 Carnegie Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705, USA.

By maintaining inventory within the United States, we are able to provide faster delivery and more reliable tracking for our North American customers.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME  
Processing: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second notification containing your tracking information once the package has been handed to the carrier.

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for delivery within the continental United States.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination, and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Carrier Partners: We utilize reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure your items arrive safely.

4. ORDER TRACKING  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS & ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. DaoCalm is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our California facility due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, DaoCalm primarily focuses on serving customers within the United States. We may offer international shipping options to select countries in the future.

Customs & Duties: For any international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. DaoCalm is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.
